Embassy Knowledge Park stood out to me because of its township style of planning and also its proximity to Yelahanka in North Bangalore. It's a 200 acre spread with phase 1 being developed across 64 acres and aims to house a mix of high-rise apartments, large G+2 villas, green zones and recreational activities along with a dedicated IT tech park within a singular larger master layout. 5 and 5 BHK type. I am personally intrigued by the mix of highrise apartments and low density villas in the project from an urban planning standpoint. It also showcases the current trend of integrated townships that are coming up along Bangalore’s airport corridor.
